Auto Print from Letter Size to other similar size for Konica Minolta Machine
Guide on how to auto print from letter size from computer to other similar size for Konica Minolta Machine
When users send a print job from the PC to the machine, they might have issue that unable to print due to paper size printing is on letter size or not match with A4 size or A3 size, thus need to select tray manually on machine for printing.
ERROR MESSAGE:
STEP 1 - Click Utility.
STEP 2 - Select User Settings.
STEP 3 - Select Printer Settings.
STEP 4 - Select Basic Settings.
STEP 5 - Click on arrow down key to page 4, and select A4/A3<- ->LTR/LGR Auto Switch from Off to ON, and save the setting by click on OK button. So the machine will choose nearest paper size and auto print if unable to match with paper size on the tray.
