Unable to Print automatically from Machine
Guide on how to resolve the issue that users are unable to print automatically on the machine.
When users send a print job from the PC to the machine, they need to press manually on the printer from which tray do they want to print the document and that's the only time the document will print. Please follow the guide below on how to resolve this issue.
ERROR MESSAGE:
STEP 1 - Click Menu/Home and go to Copy option.
STEP 2 - Click Basic Copy on the upper left of the screen and select Paper option. If You can see Quick Copy instead of Basic Copy it means that the option is already open.
STEP 3 - Select the tray on where it is unable to print automatically, in this example, unable to auto print from Tray 1, thus the Tray 1 settings must be checked. Untick auto and select Tray 1 (must be highlighted), once tray is selected, click on Change Tray Setting.
STEP 4 - Make sure the Tray 1 Setting is set to Plain Paper instead of other paper types, in this case is wrongly selected Recycled Paper, so make sure select to Plain Paper for Paper Type and Auto for Paper Size. After that, click close to save the setting.
STEP 5 - Tick back Auto and click Close to save the setting. Try to print again from the PC to check if it will print automatically without selecting the tray.
