If you do not operate this machine for a given period of time after you log in to Web Connection, you will automatically be logged out. If necessary, you can change the time period before you are automatically logged out.
The time until automatically log out can be specified for the administrator mode and the user mode respectively. For example, if you set a short time for the administrator mode where settings can be changed, you can keep convenience of use of the Web Browser such as address registration that is difficult to perform on the Touch Panel.
For the Older Machine series / Non I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - At the web browser, enter the IP address of the Konica Minolta device. Click Here for the guide on how to get the machine IP Address.
STEP 2 - Select [Administrator] option, click on Login.
STEP 3 - Enter the administrator password and click [OK].
STEP 4 - Select [Security].
STEP 5 - Under Auto Logout section, configure the following settings then press [OK] to save the setting.
- Admin. Mode Logout Time: Select a time period until the user is automatically logged out of the administrator mode. [10] minutes is specified by default.
- User Mode Logout Time: Select a time period until the user is automatically logged out of the user mode. [60] minutes is specified by default.
For the Newer Machine series / I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - At the web browser, enter the IP address of the Konica Minolta device. Click Here for the guide on how to get the machine IP Address.
STEP 2 - Select [Administrator] option, click on Login. Enter the administrator password and click [OK]
STEP 3 - Select [Security].
STEP 4 - Select [Auto Logout], under Auto Logout section, configure the following settings then press [OK] to save the setting.
- Admin. Mode Logout Time: Select a time period until the user is automatically logged out of the administrator mode. [10] minutes is specified by default.
- User Mode Logout Time: Select a time period until the user is automatically logged out of the user mode. [60] minutes is specified by default.
