How to displaying the Network Error Code on Machine

Guide on how to displaying the Network Error Code on Machine.


If an error relating to the network occurs on this machine, the Touch Panel displays an error message with a brief description. To view detailed information for troubleshooting purposes, you can configure settings so that the error code is displayed simultaneously.

Before on the Network Error Code, is showing without Error Code only displaying Deleted Due to Error on Job list. In order to see the error code, kindly follow step below.

For The Older Machine Series / Non I-Series Machine

STEP 1 - At the web browser, enter the IP address of the Konica Minolta device. Click Here for the guide on how to get the machine IP Address.

STEP 2 - Logout from Public User by selecting [To Login Screen] and select [OK] to logout. If already display the login screen similar STEP 3, you may skip this step.

STEP 3 - Select [Administrator] and click [Login], enter the administrator password and click [OK].

STEP 4 - Select [Maintenance] - [Network Error Code Display].

STEP 5 - Select [ON] under Error Code Display. Click [OK] to save the setting. Then click on [Logout] to logout from Administrator.

STEP 6 - After On the Error Code, the job list will now display a error code which can be known detailed information for troubleshooting purposes.

For The Newer Machine Series / I-Series Machine

STEP 1 - At the web browser, enter the IP address of the Konica Minolta device. Click Here for the guide on how to get the machine IP Address.

STEP 2 - Logout from Public User by selecting [Logout] and select [OK] to logout. If already display the login screen similar STEP 3, you may skip this step.

STEP 6 - Select [ON] under Error Code Display. Click [OK] to save the setting. Then click on [Logout] to logout from Administrator.
