Issue: Characters Become Garbled/Distorted/Unclear when printing
Suggestion on how to resolved the issue of printing Garbled/Distorted/Unclear issue when printing.
The wrong configurations for printing can be one of the reason that causing garbage printing issue. So it is advisable to follow below step to change the printing parameters to fix the garbled issue.
Step 1 - Open Control Panel in your computer, and click on View Devices and Printers.
Step 2 - Right click on the printing that is having a printing garbage issue, and select [Printer Properties].
Step 3 - Select [Advanced] tab - [Printing Defaults].
Step 4 - On the [Quality] tab, click on [Font Settings].
Step 5 - Select [Bitmap] from [Download Font Format], then click [OK].
- You may also eliminate garbled/distorted/unclear characters by uncheck the [Use Printer Fonts] check box.
