How to Adjust Auto Tray Selection Setting on Konica Minolta Machine
Guide on how to adjust the auto tray selection and the priority for the paper trays on the Konica Minolta Machine.
For The Older Machine Series / Non I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - Select [Utility].
STEP 2 - Select [User Settings].
STEP 3 - Select [System Settings].
STEP 4 - Select [Paper Tray Settings].
STEP 5 - Select [Auto Tray Selection Settings].
STEP 6 - Highlight the tray that want to included in auto tray selection when print on the machine. Tray priority for paper tray can set too depending on the tray that you wanted to be the default one by selecting the tray on the right side of the screen and clicking on up or down. Click [OK] to save the setting.
For The Newer Machine Series / I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on the [Home] button then select [Utility].
STEP 2 - Select [Utility] again.
STEP 3 - Select [System Settings].
STEP 4 - Select [Auto Paper Tray Selection Settings].
STEP 5 - Tick the tray that want to included in auto tray selection when print on the machine. Tray priority for paper tray can set too depending on the tray that you wanted to be the default one by selecting the tray on the bottom side of the screen and clicking on up or down. Click [OK] to save the setting.
