How to download and run TeamViewer for Remote Session.

Guide on how to download and run TeamViewer application for the remote session support.


STEP 1 - Open the internet browser and go to the TeamViewer Download Website: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/

STEP 2 - Select the Operating System that your PC is using then scroll down and click the Download button beside the TeamViewer QuickSupport.

STEP 3 - After downloading the file (TeamViewerQS.exe), double click on the file to open the TeamViewer QuickSupport application and wait for the ID and Password to load. You can check the status of the connection at the bottom of the application, Ready to connect means the application is working properly.

Note: Should the license agreement pop-up, kindly accept the EULA and the DPA and click Continue. TeamViewer will launch with the Allow Remote Control ID and Password.

Important Note: Please don't give your TeamViewer ID and Password to anyone that is not from the Konica Minolta support. Kindly verify first if you're talking to the correct support team before giving the ID and Password as this will give control remotely to your computer.
