How to print custom paper size on machine.

Guide on how to print custom paper size.


Machine can print a custom sized paper from the computer that loaded in the bypass tray.

STEP 1 - Measure the length and width of the paper that loaded on the bypass tray. As example as below.

              Length = x value in the machine in mm

              Width = y value in the machine in mm

 

STEP 2 - Put the custom size paper on the bypass tray and configure the custom size on the machine.

  1.  In this example we will use envelop size as the custom paper size, upon measure the paper customer size in mm, the length of the paper which is x value is 250mm and width of the paper which is y value is 110mm. We will put these value on the machine under bypass tray.
  2. On the machine, kindly press the [Menu] then select [Copy].

 

  1. Select [Paper]..

           **For another machine, The Copy Screen may look similar as this.**

  1. Untick [Auto], then select bypass tray which is [???], and click on [Change Tray Setting]

  1. Select [Custom Size].

 

  1. Configure the Custom Paper Size, X value is the size of Length and Y value is the size of Width, click on [Close] to exit from custom size setup.

 

  1. Custom Size on paper tray is display on the highlighted one, select [Close] to exit from the Tray Settings Screen. Next we will proceed to continue on the PC.

 

STEP 3 - Reconfigure the custom size on the PC.

  1. Open the file in the application and click [File], then click [Print] from the menu.
  2. Select the printer name from [Select Printer], then click on [Preferences] or [Properties].
  3. In [Original Size] and [Paper Size] on the [Basic] tab, select [Custom Size], and adjust the Original Orientation either on the Portrait or Landscape.

 

  1. Change the Unit to [mm] and key in the number of measurement in mm for [Width] and [Length], after that select [OK].

 

  1. Change the Paper Tray to [bypass tray] on where the custom paper put on, select [OK] and print the document on custom paper.
