How to run Quick Assist for Remote Session.

Guide on how to run Quick Assist application for the remote session support.


STEP 1 - Click the Search Icon besides Window Button, search Quick Assist and press Enter to run the Application.

 

STEP 2 - Quick Assist interface as below.

 

STEP 3 - The support who need to remote in for remote session troubleshooting, select Help someone.

 

STEP 4 - The Support will be able to obtain one Security Code which last for 10 min, kindly provide the code to the user who need the support to be key in under Get Help section.

 

STEP 5 - Once user key in the security code provided by support and click on Submit, the user will see the status connecting and need to click on Allow to allow screen sharing for the support to see the screen.

 

STEP 6 - Once remote in, the support need to click on request control and guide user to select Allow to grant the access so that the support will be able to control the user computer to do the remote session.

 

Important Note: This application only supports for Windows OS only.
