How to Update the Machine Date and Time
Guide on how to update the machine date and time settings.
Via Machine Control Panel
STEP 1 - On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on [Menu] button, select [Utility] and click on [Administrator Settings] then enter the machine Admin Password.
STEP 2 - Go to [System Settings] and select [Date/Time Settings].
STEP 3 - Click on the [Year / Month / Date] or [Hour / Minute] and press on the [Display Keypad] at the upper left of the screen to update accordingly. Click on [OK] to save and go back to the Main Menu.
Via Machine Web Connection
STEP 1 - Open the machine Web Connection. Please click here on guide on how to access the machine Web Connection.
STEP 2 - Login as Administrator and go to [Maintenance] > [Date/Time Setting] and select [Manual Setting].
STEP 3 - Update the Date and Time accordingly and click [OK] to save the settings. Once done, logout as Administrator by clicking the Logout button on the upper right of the page.
