Scan Error: Can't scan to FTP issue, how to check and change ip add on web connection
Guide on how to check and change the ip address on web connection for FTP scan due to the ip address pc change..
As per error above, when the ip address of the pc has been change, the machine is unable scan to particular FTP scan, and showing error "cannot connect to network".
In that the case, kindly follow below step on how to update the correct ip address on the address book web connection.
STEP 1 - How to check the IP Address pc using Command Prompt (CMD)
- Go to search icon of the Windows, type cmd and press enter. A black box will appear.
- Type ipconfig and press enter to display the ip address of the computer.
- Locate the IPv4 Address , this is the PC IP address, and will be use later for entering in store address of Web Connection.
STEP 2 - How to access the Web Connection of the machine.
- Open the machine Web Connection by Going to Control Panel, Select Devices and Printers.
- Right click on Printer that use to print, select Printing Preferences.
- Select Printer Information to open the Web Connection Konica Minolta. The interface will be slightly different compare from the Non I-Series and I-Series Model.
- Select Store Address.

- Select Address Book, Change to FTP under option Search from Function, click Go to refresh the Address Book Page. (Only need to do it on I-Series Web Connection Interface, for the machine which is Non I-Series Interface, you may proceed to next step instead)
- Select Edit under the FTP scan user that want to edit.

- Proceed to Host Address, and update the IP Address that obtain from the Command Prompt (CMD) on step 3, click on OK to save the setting, then proceed to scan to FTP again on machine.
