PageScope Data Administrator Error - Audit Log items is over the limit
Guide on how to clear the error Audit Log items is over the limit when clear the user counter on PageScope Data Administrator
STEP 1 - Select [Utility].
STEP 2 - Select [Administrator Settings], and enter the admin password accordingly.
STEP 3 - Click on Forward button on the top to go to page 2.
STEP 4 - Select [Security Settings].
STEP 5 - Click on Forward button on the top to go to page 2.
STEP 6 - Select [Job Log Settings].
STEP 7 - Select [Job Log Usage Set.]
STEP 8 - Select [Erase Job Log]
STEP 9 - Select [Yes], and click [OK] to Erase Job Log. Once finish erase, it is required to restart the machine, please make sure to turn OFF the main power and wait for 20 seconds to turn it back ON. Once the machine is on, it should be able to clear the user counter on the PageScope Data Administrator.
