For PP Machine only

On the touch panel of the main body, you can temporarily hold the scan data scanned with the ADF or original glass as a "scan job" or save it on the HDD.

STEP 1 - Position the original either on the ADF or on the original glass.

STEP 2 - Press the [STORE] tab on the touch panel of the main body.

STEP 3 - Press [Store Setting].

STEP 4 - Select a storage destination and specify the file name.

As the storage destination, select [Hold] or [Store on HDD].

To hold a scan job, select [Hold] and key in the file name under File Name Section. Press [OK] to continue.

To save a scan job on HDD, select [Store on HDD].The [Root Directory] screen is displayed when the function HDD Store is used. specify the location to save to, select [OK] to save the location and key in the file name under File Name Section once the location has been selected.

STEP 5 - Once the Scan method has been choose, press [Start] button to proceed for scanning.
