Machine Error: The function listed cannot be used because the scanner is not available Copy/Fax/Scan
Guide on how to clear the error "The function listed cannot be used because the scanner is not available Copy/Fax/Scan" when prompting on the Konica Minolta Machine.
As per error above, when the machine is showing this message, it will be restricted either can be of the function (Copy / Fax / Scan) or both 3 function is restricted due to the error scanner not available.
In that the case, kindly perform trouble reset on here, once the machine has been trouble reset, kindly restart the machine again to check whether the error will be re-occur, will need for onsite engineer for further checking if the error is appear again after perform trouble reset on machine.
